		St. Boniface Annual General Meeting April 6, 2008 Parish Hall, Heilig-Geist-Chapel Report on the work of the Bishop’s Committee in Augsburg June 07 – March 08  Regular meetings of the bishop’s committee  Regular participation in AcK meetings (Local ecumenical council)  Regular articles in the IKON  ‘Firsts’ – trying out new ways of being active and aware as a church  lay reader training, October 07  bible study (all day), February 08  ‘keeping children safe’ seminar, January + June 08  one service on every high feast day  ‘Seconds’ – repeating activities that worked to make the church grow  joint service with Old Catholics, August 07  picnic as social event, July 07  Mission Sunday in Munich, November 07  Participation in ecumenical service (Pentecost), May 08  ‘Regulars’  children’s choir at 15.30  second service in a month (so far Friday Evening Prayer)  Last year’s plans fulfilled  finding a name  formulating a mission statement  becoming canonized  putting together a welcome package  organising new fundraisers (e.g. participation in Christkindlmarket)  Last year’s plans to be reconsidered  Sunday School on a regular basis  participation in a concrete outreach project  becoming eventually organized as a ‘Verein’  finding a logo for St. Boniface  organising more fundraisers (e.g. concert and markets)  New Plans  second Sunday service  second social event: Thanksgiving dinner, November 08  concert  more participation in markets, selling our own products + second-hand stuff
