Concerts

The choir as a whole or members of it such as in the Munich Savoyards, our Gilbert and Sullivan team, are also active in preparing concerts and sing alongs to raise money for our congregation. If you have not been chosen to sing come and support them by your presence in the concert and bring your friends along!

Fleamarket

About every 18 months we have a huge fleamarket to support our ministry. That usually covers all of the building except the church sanctuary. It includes all kinds of things donated by our parishioners as well as others who hear about it.

Auction of Talents

Also known as the Auction of Unusual and Eccentric Talents this is a fun and fundraiser event. About every 18 months members of the congregation are asked to offer their talents. From International cooking, computer lessons, car washing, house painting, to the renting of houses in other countries or city tours, a museum back stage tour or ... The list is endless and unlimited as the ideas of our members. Bidding follows the usual rules and our auctioneers guarantee a great time even if you are not winning what you bid for. Join us with your ideas and your bids!

Christmas Bazaar

Last year our Christmas Bazaar was a great success. Marmelade, jam, and other handcrafted items that make nice little presents were sold to take some stress out of your Christmas shopping where you do not really know what to get for the neighbor or work collegue. You are welcome to help in preparing and donating appropriate things for the sale or help in selling in front of the doors of the sanctuary some Advent Sunday. And of course you will be more than welcome to buy lots of what is offered.

Ascension Cookbooks

Did you know that one of our members has already collected recepies for three Volumes of the Ascension Cookbook? Savouries to Savour (One Pot Cooking), Sweet Things (Desserts), and Mrs Churcher’s Coffee Time Favourites (Cakes) are the result. They can be used as gifts for your cooking friends or for yourself as well.

Quiz Night

Wanna have an evening of fun? Test your knowledge in all areas? Join the Quiz Night that is offered frequently. Bring your friends, no limitation regarding participants. In groups you will compete with your knowledge and may be you’ll be the winner of the prize!
